My Story 

I've been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years, working in both New Zealand and Canada. Alongside my nursing career, I've always had a passion for health and wellbeing and for supporting others to create real and lasting changes in their lives. 

This passion led me to health coaching, a way to bring together everything I'd learned as a nurse with a more personal, whole-person approach to supporting people. I went on to complete qualifications in metabolic nutrition and mental health coaching, becoming a Prekure Master Health Coach.

Working as a Bariatric Clinical Nurse Specialist showed me that people don't just need medical information, they need someone who understands the emotional ups and downs, the day-to-day challenges, and the process of building a new way of living. Bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and everyday life, with support that's practical, compassionate, and personal, is at the heart of what i do.

A Little About Me

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me paddling with my waka ama team, reading with a cup of tea, or spending time with my family. These things keep me grounded and help me bring calm, clarity, and care into my coaching.
